Single Point of Contact
The Customer Interaction Center (CIC) is your single point of contact for information, questions and fault reports regarding our entire portfolio. You can reach our competent and certified contact persons via dedicated phone numbers, email, fax or online. They will take your inquiries or fault reports and process them in a qualified manner.
Existing customers have access to our convenient web platform. It includes online access to our service desk and knowledge base articles, as well as access to project workspaces. As a customer, you will receive the access data from your sales representative. He will be happy to provide you with further information and answer any questions you may have.
Customers with a maintenance contract
can reach the CIC by telephone from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (CET). Please use the telephone number or email address provided in the maintenance contract.
