We take over the round-the-clock monitoring of your systems for you. This means that problems and their causes are detected as soon as they occur - an essential prerequisite for minimising downtimes. In an emergency, we intervene and keep you up to date.
The proactive daily health check is like a preventive check-up for your systems. We check your security systems (virus protection, backup, etc.) and key performance indicators. If necessary, you decide whether we should intervene.
We provide you with our system management software from our cloud. This gives you a range of functions for your IT that only large corporations can afford. Of course, you don't have to worry about that. That's part of our service.

You will receive all the necessary documents together with a complete overview of our managed services. If you are happy with the documents, we will continue straight away.
Now it gets concrete. During onboarding, you decide which systems you want us to look after. We then carry out a system check to record the status of the system and provide valuable tips for improvements. Once the system has been added to our cloud-based management system, we are ready to go.
The full scope of Metropol Services® is available to you on the agreed start date. You will receive very special support from Syscovery for the first 60 days. So that the transition goes smoothly and the service starts perfectly for you.
