With just a few clicks, you can add or remove users and manage licenses. To grant new team members access to Creative Cloud, they must be registered in the Admin Console. This can be done easily: either individually or in groups by importing a CSV file. Remember that adding users does not include the right to use Creative Cloud. You always have an overview in the Admin Console. For example, group your team by application or location and assign the appropriate licenses to the users. The assignment of a license is not permanent. If a user leaves your company, the associated license can be revoked and reassigned in the Admin Console.
